Kevin Roy

The owner and founder of Portfolio Luxury Kitchens, Kevin’s knowledge and experience includes formal architecture training, design, carpentry, and construction. He prides himself on quality craftsmanship and an expert understanding of the many steps to completing any project. Kevin feels that in order to create a wonderful living space, one must think about the selections and components of the entire room, not just the cabinetry.

Creating an inviting environment where clients could work together with our designers to sketch beautiful spaces for their home was the inspiration for Portfolio Luxury Kitchens. We aim to provide clients with individualized design services that bring together essential culinary elements with personal and unique qualities. Our goal is to create expertly crafted spaces for generations of family to enjoy. Clients also have the opportunity to partner with our sister company, Kevin Roy Builders, for construction and installations to create the home, renovation or addition of their dreams.

Lori Genovese

Lori L. Genovese, C.K.D. is a well respected certified kitchen designer. Since 1992, Lori has been specializing in residential kitchen design. Her notable skill in conceptual design has earned her a reputation as one of the area's premiere kitchen designers. Her work has been featured in industry publications.

Raised in Kingston, NH, Lori has always had an affinity for elements of structural design and aesthetics. Lori earned her certification in 2001 through the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Lori's passion for kitchen design is reflected in the beautiful surroundings that she creates. An ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and her clients have earned Lori a well deserved reputation as a true professional.

Lori is a member of The National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Bill Ayers

As Project Manager for Portfolio Luxury Kitchens, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge regarding both commercial and residential construction craftsmanship. Bill utilizes his formal training from Wentworth Institute of Technology when working on custom homes, historic renovations, luxurious kitchens and bathrooms as well as renovation and addition projects. In all cases, Bill strives to develop a partnership with clients and communicate steps of the process as they approach. Bill encourages clients to gain an understanding of the construction process and the craftsmanship involved.
